Refund Policy
Shipping:
All orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day and any order placed thereafter is shipped the next day.
Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days to get to you, whereas expedited shipping takes 2-3 working days.
In case of any natural disaster, political unrest, war, protests and such, deliveries might get delayed. Your cooperation will highly be appreciated.
Return:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, un burnt, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for products that have been used or altered in any way.
Damage:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Cases will be evaluated on a case to case basis and a final verdict will be given. We reserve the right to deny any claims, which cannot be disputed in any court of law.
